How to Use
Place the machine body on the base and fix it with black screws.
Align the upper mold with the round hole of the machine body and insert it, then the upper mold will be automatically absorbed in the hole by the strong magnet.
Align the lower mold with the base groove and slide it in, and out the screw into the small hole on the left side of the lower mold.
Screw the handle into the round hole on the top of the machine body.
- Design and cut the pattern according to the size of the badge.
- Put the Plastic cover, pattern and plastic film into the left mold in turn, push the left mold directly under the upper mold, then press the handle down to the end and lift the handle.
- First, place the plastic bottom cover into the right mold with the tip of the needle facing down. Next, fully press down the handle, lift it up, and the production is complete.
Note: Pay attention to the direction when placing the pattern and bottom cover, as the picture,
When making the badge with a Plastic bottom cover, you need to put the attached black circle into the right mold.
